Cordova Residence
Client: Brett Cordova
This residential outdoor design and planting plan was created for a minimalistic client who loves 'rigid, linear design and construction' with a mid-century modern influence. The design also accentuates his love for multiple aesthetic viewpoints, straight edges and multiple uses for each outdoor 'room.'

The front yard is the main statement piece and entrance to this house. With it being on the South Side, as well as being exposed to an arterial roadway, adequate privacy, shade, and aesthetic quality were heavily required.

- Allow for visibility to and from the house while maintaining residential privacy
- Allow for variability in the use of this space
