Grading Plan
In construction course LTC 343, I created a grading plan for a proposed commercial lot with adjacent retention basins for stormwater capture, based on city code. Grading and drainage regulations for surface slopes, building and storefront setbacks, and finished floor elevations were applied in this site’s design.
Drainage Plan
I then created a drainage plan which utilizes drain inlets and a piping system to collect all surface water runoff from flow lines and redirect it into either of the two retention basins, each designed with adequate volume and depth for its watershed size.
