Resilient Communities - Pre-Planned Water Management With A Twist

Location Within Our Group Masterplan

This Resilient Community utilizes pre-planned water management in the form of detention basins and low-flow channels to divert and temporarily store rainwater and stormwater runoff whilst preventing flooding. As water collects, low-flow channels cascade water through the community and into each basin.

Diagrammatic Community Programming

During drier seasons, basins are decorated with sculptural art forms which double as outdoor play equipment cognisant of the building footprint, bringing about a sense of place and identity.
